Order Processing
- Orders are usually prepared within 1 business day.
- Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are usually processed on Sunday.
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- For deliveries within Saudi Arabia, a valid Saudi National Address short code must be provided at checkout. Missing or incorrect National Address details may delay dispatch, courier handoff, or final delivery.
- During Saudi public holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high order volumes, preparation and delivery may take longer. If this materially affects your order, we will do our best to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery Estimates
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and start after the order has been dispatched, not from the time the order is placed.
- Within Saudi Arabia, delivery timing depends on the city, delivery address, order cutoff time, and courier service selected. Major cities may arrive in 1-2 business days after dispatch, while other areas may take longer.
- International orders usually take 5-12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country. Customs clearance and border processing may add extra time.
- Available shipping options, estimated delivery timing, and charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking number by email and, where available, WhatsApp, using the contact details submitted with your order.
- You can use the tracking number on the courier's website to follow the shipment status.
Delays
- Delivery delays may happen because of address verification issues, missing National Address details, weather conditions, public holidays, peak periods, customs procedures, or courier disruptions.
- If we become aware of a material delay or a delivery difficulty, we will do our best to notify you and help follow up with the courier.
- If your order is not delivered within the agreed or communicated timeframe, please contact Diggn'It customer support so we can review the available next steps under our policies and applicable law.
Failed Delivery, Refused Delivery, and Reshipment
- Please make sure your shipping address, Saudi National Address short code where applicable, and contact number are complete and accurate.
- If a shipment is returned to Diggn'It because the address or contact details are incomplete or incorrect, the customer is unavailable, or delivery is refused for reasons other than damage, defect, incorrect item, or a Diggn'It error, the original shipping charge is non-refundable and additional return or reshipping charges may apply.
- If you would like the shipment to be sent again after it is returned to us, a new shipping charge may apply and must be paid before reshipment.
- Please do not refuse delivery solely because of a visible tracking delay before contacting us first, as refusal may create avoidable return charges. This does not affect your rights where the order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially delayed beyond the agreed timeframe.
International Duties and Taxes
- Orders shipped outside Saudi Arabia may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or handling charges imposed by the destination country.
- Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and must be paid by the customer at or before delivery.
- If an international shipment is refused because duties or taxes are not paid, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any non-refundable customs or carrier charges incurred by Diggn'It, where permitted by law.
Change of Delivery Address After Dispatch
- If you request a change to the delivery address after the shipment has left our warehouse, the request will depend on courier approval and operational feasibility.
- If the courier accepts the change, additional charges may apply and must be paid before the change is processed.
