Processing

• Orders are usually prepared within 1 business day.
• Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are usually processed on Sunday.
• Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Delivery

• A valid Saudi National Address short code is required at checkout for deliveries within Saudi Arabia.
• Missing or incorrect National Address details may delay dispatch or delivery.
• Delivery timing varies by city, address, order cutoff time, and courier. Major cities may arrive in 1-2 business days after dispatch, while other areas may take longer.

International Delivery

• International orders usually take 5-12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.
• Customs clearance and border processing may add extra time.

Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking number by email and, where available, WhatsApp.

Returns & Refunds

• This summary applies to orders placed directly on the Diggn'It website.
• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• Returns are free if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or in the wrong quantity.
• For change-of-mind returns after dispatch, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund.
• Orders may be canceled before dispatch. If delivery is delayed by more than 15 days from the order date or the agreed delivery date, you may cancel for a refund unless the delay is due to force majeure.
• Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and usually appear within 7 to 15 business days after processing.
• Some items are not eligible for return, including custom-made products and opened or used digital or sealed media items.
