Try our products with confidence. If a product isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund under the terms below—even after opening and normal use.

You don’t need the original outer packaging, a minimum trial period, or before-and-after photos.

What’s covered?

All physical Diggn’It products, including grooming products, tools, accessories and kit components, purchased for personal use directly from our website and delivered within Saudi Arabia. Gift cards themselves are excluded.

One refund per product per customer

Each customer may receive one satisfaction refund for one unit of each product or formula, whether purchased individually or as part of a kit, on their first or any subsequent qualifying purchase.

Different scents or sizes of the same formula count as the same product. Further orders or purchases inside kits do not reset this allowance.

How much will you receive?

We refund the amount actually paid for the eligible product after all discounts, including VAT.

For kits, we calculate the refund using each affected product’s share of the amount paid for the kit after discounts. You keep the rest.

We use the component values recorded for your order. If these aren’t itemised, we divide the discounted kit price proportionately using the standalone selling prices of its paid components when you ordered, including any additional discounts.

We explain the amount before processing. The same amount cannot be refunded twice, and total kit refunds cannot exceed the price paid. Free promotional gifts have no separate cash refund value.

Shipping and returns

Original paid delivery charges are excluded from ordinary satisfaction refunds.

Free delivery stays free. We won’t deduct courier costs or charge delivery retrospectively if a refund takes your remaining order below the free-delivery threshold. We don’t deduct processing, payment or restocking fees.

We normally don’t require opened grooming products back. If we request an affected product or tool returned, we arrange and pay for its return. Satisfactory kit components don’t need to be returned.

Lost products, deliberate damage and misuse are excluded. Normal trial and use are not misuse.

How to claim

Contact our website support team or info@diggn.it with your order number or proof of purchase and the affected product. Sharing feedback is optional.

You may choose an exchange, but you don’t have to accept an exchange or store credit instead of an eligible refund.

Refund method and timing

We process eligible refunds within three business days of completing the necessary verification. If a return is required, this starts after we receive the affected item and complete verification.

Refunds go to the original payment method or methods. If reversal is unavailable, we agree an appropriate monetary alternative with the original purchaser.

Gift-card payments return to the original or equivalent gift-card balance. Instalment refunds go through the relevant provider.

Your bank or payment provider usually takes a further 7–15 business days to show the refund.

Gifts and other retailers

Gift recipients may claim using proof of purchase. Refunds go to the original purchaser, whose refund history determines eligibility.

For purchases from another retailer, distributor or marketplace, contact that seller.

Your rights

This guarantees satisfaction with your product experience, not beard growth or increased density within 30 days.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods are handled separately and do not use your satisfaction-refund allowance. This guarantee’s deadline, refund limit and shipping exclusion do not restrict your statutory rights.

This guarantee supplements our Return & Refund Policy. The more favourable applicable terms apply, alongside your rights under Saudi law.

Later changes or withdrawal will not reduce the coverage promised for orders already placed.
